1. Ownership of the Services and Content
All content, features, and functionality available through the Rentalflexi platform—including but not limited to text, software, graphics, logos, data compilations, user interface design, and codebase—are the exclusive property of Rentalflexi Team, its licensors, or other providers of such material. These assets are protected by South African and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
2. Limited License to Users
Rentalflexi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our website strictly for browsing, listing vehicles as a Host, or renting vehicles as a Guest. Except as expressly permitted, you must not:
- Infringe or reproduce any content belonging to Rentalflexi, its users, or third parties without written authorization.
- Modify or create derivative works from any materials found on the platform.
- Scrape or reverse engineer the codebase, application, or service infrastructure.
3. User-Generated Content
By posting photographs, vehicle descriptions, or reviews on Rentalflexi, you retain your ownership rights but grant Rentalflexi a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, store, display, and distribute that content to operate and promote the peer-to-peer marketplace. You represent and warrant that your user-generated content does not violate the copyright or intellectual property rights of any third party.
4. Copyright Infringement Policy
Rentalflexi respects the intellectual property rights of others and takes claims of copyright infringement seriously. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable electronic communications and intellectual property laws.
If you believe that any material on our website infringes upon a copyright you own or control, you may submit a formal takedown notice to our designated agent:
